Support from The National Hyacinth Collection

Alan Shipp from Waterbeach, Cambridge donated £150 on behalf of The National Hyacinth Collection when he heard how the Fund was supporting a friend who had pancreatic cancer.


Kind donation from the Sandyford Neighbourhood Watch

Sandyford Neighbourhood Watch in Newcastle raised £300 after they found out about the work of the Fund from cancer nurses at the Sir Bobby Robson Cancer Centre at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.


Carry On Car-bootting!

Sue Kidby and her great friend Jill are huge supporters of The Elizabeth Coteman Fund and raised more money in 2017 through their car boot sales. Two amounts of £300 were donated to the Fund to add the thousands already raised by the intrepid pair who turn out in all weathers.

Jen’s Morrisons’ Event Bags £770

Jen Patterson, our tireless fundraiser in the north east, and her friends, thought they would try their hands at packing customers’ bags on the tills at Morrisons in Middlesbrough during March. With the aid of donations and a ‘bumper raffle, the team made £770, as well as raising awareness about pancreatic cancer.


Marathon Effort!

Zoe Luscombe, is a fantastic supporter and donated her place in last year’s London Marathon to The Elizabeth Coteman Fund and raised a staggering £844. Such events require a huge amount of dedication and we are always grateful for the physical effort put in by some people to boost our funds.
